I have a request for a report to deliver monthly report about how many hours have been spent on those acitivities.

I have a group "Verwaltung" and they use Category "Verwaltung", Subcategory "Hausverwaltung" and the elements "intern" and "extern".

Now I need a report that shows the time taken to solve these issues. It is not important if the requests are open or closed.

The result should be available as Excel file for further calculations.

Can someone help me with a Sql query?
