SD+ is Down from 30min
Team, SD+ has been down for the last 30min. Sometimes it works but very slowly. This is the second incident in a month where SD+ faced extreme slowness and down.

Service Desk Plus (Cloud) Running Extremely Slow

"Report an Issue" button no longer opens Incident Template catalog
A few users have reported that when selecting the "Report an Issue" button from the home page it now opens up the same specific template instead of the catalog of incident templates. The template that is opening isn't even the default. We are using the

Unable to send e-mails - ServiceDesk Plus-OnDemand - Office 365
We use Office 365 for e-mails etc. We are able to receive e-mails fine into ServiceDesk Plus On-Demand but every time the system tries to send an e-mail, it comes up with the following error: Mail sending failed.Authentication failed The same account/credentials are being used for receiving and sending e-mails so there is no issue with the password etc.

SDP Running Very Slow - Again
It's almost like this is becoming a weekly occurrence. I checked the site: https://status.manageengine.com/ Performance has been jumping between 159 ms to 220 ms with everything else showing "operating normally". However, we are either timing out, or hanging for up to 30 seconds before the screens change.

Manage License Problem
Hi I´ve just recently started with my ServiceDesk Plus - On Demand setup. Seems like a great cloud solution. I have one issue wich i can´t seem to resolve, it seems like a problem with the Product. Whenever i try to Manage my license I go to the "Subscription Manager". Within the manage license page, I choose the option i would like to purchase. Now, it doesn´t really matter what option i choose to upgrade to, I´m just left with a small Square saying "Purchase Details" with no other text or option.
