SDP Cloud Technician Management

I manage an SDP Cloud instance with 260 techs. Managing that population is difficult and tedious.

A couple quick problems:

Unsorted technicians -- When assigning technicians to a group from within Edit Group, the Available Technicians are not sorted by name. It is frustrating to have to scan the entire list of techs to add them to a group. Yes, they can be added or removed from a group on Edit Technician -- but why aren't they sorted here?

No technician reporting -- I can export (under Data Administration, Export Data) my requesters, but not my technicians. With a population over a certain size, keeping track of terminations and delicensing users is very laborious. I would like to be able to export a list of technicians, their assigned groups, roles, and other relevant metadata to facilitate management of my population. Some of this can be solved with tighter Azure or AD synchronization and automated provisioning, but that's been a somewhat mixed experience. There absolutely should be a way to export technicians.
