SDP Cloud failure with O365
For no reason our mail fetching from SDP Cloud has stopped, nothing in SDP logs or Microsoft side that gives any indication.
Removed O365 Mail integration to add back in again and successfully pass the Microsoft SSO stage but fail afterwards with a mesage at the top of the Mail Server Settings Screen
"com.adventnet.vo.mail.account.MailAccountException: Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password. "
which is odd as just successfully signed in with Microsoft SSO.
Raised a ticket and await response from Manageengine but at the moment email fetching is down for us as a company.
