We're noticing longer than usual delays on email notifications sent from ServiceDesk Plus Cloud this morning. For example, I opened a ticket at 7:43am this morning through the technician portal, but the technicians in the group I assigned it to did not receive a notification until 8:13am. Normally it only takes a few minutes. Similarly, a requester replied to a ticket at 7:59am and I still (as of 8:23am) have not received an email notification for their reply, even though the reply is visible in the ticket. Anyone else experiencing this? We're US west coast.
