Is there a plan in the roadmap to make it easier to do database record queries on the Field and Form Rules? Hi, I was wondering if you could help me. I am in the process of configuring a few of the processes we want to include in the PMP. We would like to enable the process of check in/ check out. This process is when a user will retrieve a password (check out) and once they have used the password (check in), when this process occurs the password will then go back to the target and change password of the account in both the system and pmp automatically.

Is there any way to revert the search button back to the old textbox as the new button is already a nightmare, the search is used daily be all staff to find devices and now you have to click first on the button, type the computername and then select 'computername' before being able to find a device. How can i change SSL certificate used by EventLog Analyzer?
I was able to generate and install SSL certificate a year ago with help in the forums by using keytool to import SSL certificate and CA certificate into Eventlog.keystore and then copying it into /conf folder and editing server.xml accordingly. This certificate is expiring today, so i want to change it, but i can't make EvLA use new one. I have generated new CSR, then generated new certificate using that CSR. Copied new certificate into jre/bin folder and used keytool to import it into Eventlog.keystore,

Elapsed time outside office hours
Can someone explain how elapsed time works on a ticket? We run our Help Desk from 8 am to 5 pm. The expectation is that Sev 1 priority tickets are handled outside of business hours, but Sev 3 tickets are handled during business hours. Is there a way to get a metric for hours elapsed within business hours only? I know that we can set up SLAs based on hours elapsed based on the priority, but is there a way to show exactly how many hours are elapsed per ticket?

Hello, I had a working SDP. Unfortunatly my SSL certificate is not anymore configured. When I try to use the way, which is in the manual, I can´t find the Server.xml anymore. Hi, I just finish fresh install of 9401 on new server. Now, i receive request on it, no problem. but, i see the system send email to him-self after notify the requester. Create a Request by email parsing while requester has NO login account?
By default it is not possible to use email parsing (email commands @@SDP@@) when the Requester does not have or can not create a Login account, so I am looking for a work around. Could be with a script (xml/json or Python)? I have added 2 additional fields with the Name and Email address of the Requester to the template. The Email was sent from a "default" requester, so I just need to change the Default Requester with the Additional Fields (name and email) after the Request was made. Ideas?

Hello all! In the **Send Enrollment Notification via Email/Push** feature, adjacent to the drop down box which allows the admin to select the type of notification is the *Edit attributes*. What is the functionality of *Edit attributes*? If say, for example, i select 'mail' & 'manger' attribute, for a specific OU in the *Edit attributes*, then the Enrollment notification will only be sent to the "manager" user account excluding the other user accounts? Manually enroll users and set additional email address for verification code
I have a group of users which I'd like to manually enroll and add a second email address to. Within this group is a subset of users who have already enrolled, but have not set a second email address for verification code resets. Using the 'Import enrollment data from CSV' option gives me the error 'header is not consistent'. Request CLOSURECODEID getting cleared out for some Closed requests?
It looks like the Closure Code (CLOSURECODEID field on WorkOrderStates table) may be getting wiped out for some of our Closed requests. Has anyone else seen anything like that? For example, one of our requests that shows a Status of 'Closed' on the Request screen also shows a Request Closure Code of 'Not Assigned'. hi, my client having a server with Windows server 2008 OS, and i set up the SNMP community strings on that server so that i can monitored with OPManager, but there is a problem when i want to test credential which is always failed, whereas, the community string is already same between OPmanager and the server and i the firewall setting on the server is allowed (SNMP). is there any posible cause ?? thanks
SDP On-Demand showing technician limit exceeded message
Hi, We're receiving a message on SDP On-Demand saying that our subscription has exceeded the technician limit. The question is that we're using exact the limit. Our license is for 5 technicians and we have 5 technicians. If I choose the "remove 0 technicians" option, I can't proceed in the next page because I'm forced to choose at least 1 technician to remove. This problem began today. I believe it is related with some update SDP had today.

Last year we tested out the latest version of Opmanager at the time. It had too many issue for us to make the upgrade. At the time we decided to look into alternatives. Dear: As shown in the attached file, I have marked the option that clients will be notify when the requests are resolved. Also, I have defined the template to use in these cases. However, the notification emails of "resolved" are not reaching to the clients. The strange thing is that the notifications of "reception" and "closing" of the requests if they are reaching.
