Spd 9335 plus Custom Triger not work
Hello to all
Need some Explanations how it work :)
Have 9335 ver of SPDPlus
i need do some scripts when change status of request (close,on hold...etc) ,or add technical
i create some custom trigger
Action name
Execute the Action * - <When request is edited> <all time>
Match the below criteria * <status> - <is> i select all my available status
add my script
Create some test request ->change status (there is no reaction to changes in any field) look at history of request and don't see action.

Try install clear demo ,with newest ver. of service desk 9405 (Where, according to the log of changes, they repaired something in this functional)
repeat settings similar to the previous one , (in this ver add field site in setting of custom triger)
Action name <test>
Execute the Action* - <When request is edited> <all time>
Match the below criteria* <Site> - <is> <my test site>
add my script
Create some test request ->change default site to <my test site> and in history of request i see Action Result ,action name < test> that do some action (work!) -> next i change status of this test request to resolved or any different
( try to changes in any field, there is no reaction) and nothen not do :(
change site to default ->save ->change site to <test site> - work again...
If need i do some screenshots ,or log crop
Whan i do wrong ? or I do not understand how this feature should work ?
