Can't save rule in "Fields & form rules"
Hello, I need a rule, which change Status field from "Öpen" to "Appointed" by assigning Technician. I have a role "SDAdmin" and I can't save rule in "Fields & form rules". Not realy working with SSL
What I've noticed is that AD360 doesn't really work once SSL has been enabled on all the other products. Once I enabled SSL I get an error on the Dashboard page saying: Component Temporarily Unavailable. If you are on build 12.3.181 and above, you don't have to open the command prompt and run those complex open ssl commands to import the certificates into OpManager, NetFlow analyzer, Network Configuration, Oputils and Firewall Analyzer. Missing some security events
ADManager is missing some security events like created users, disabled users. I think it's because active directory doesn't have those events activated. How do I actívate those events?

AD Bulk Import
I'm currently using the free version of ADManager (6.6.3), when I attempt to bulk import users I get this error: Could not update more than 100 objects. License level exceeded. I've tried importing 5 users but still get the error. This was working fine prior to it reverting to the free version and a co-worker with a separate instance (free v6.5) it works fine using the same file I'm trying to use. Any thoughts? I tried rebooting the workstation where ADManager is installed and deleting and re-adding

Enable-CsUser error
We have a template process that creates the AD user object and O365 mailbox fine. It then creates the Skype account BUT this is on-premise, not in the cloud. The issue we sometimes run into is that we encounter the attached error. Basically this means that the Skype account wasn’t created. AD Manager Plus Slowness in processing information
It seems there is a lag every time you add a line of information when you are creating new users in AD Manager plus. For example, when creating a new user, you put in the first name and have to wait 5 or so seconds before you are allowed to type in the last name. Then you have to wait after you type in the last name etc. Is this normal? Anyone know of a way to speed the system up?

Hello, I am setting up DC in our environment for the first time. I have used it before at my previous company but on a single domain. My current environment has 4 separate domains and I was wondering if there was a way for me to add domains via one service account thats on the top level of the forest? When adding credentials in SoM is specifically states not to prefix the username with a domain. Any help would be appreciated.
Scheduled Task Reset
We are having issues with Scheduled Task resets. Seems like Discovery fails and since it doesn't discover anything only the AD password gets reset. The worse part is we get a report stating passwords were successfully changed which is only true for the AD side. For me it's two issues. Discovery failing which is a technical issue and the second being a design issue. Hi. I am trying to create a NOC View for our big screen in the office, so we can see what is going on. I would like the Recent Alarms widget so I can see the latest alarms coming in. But it is really annoying that we have to look at a big chart showing how many alarms you have. (See attachment) That takes the view and you are not able to see what kind of alarm you have. Hi, I'm trying to find a way to make an adjustment to the "Start Date" field on a service request form. I would like to add a custom script so that it will subtract lets say, 10 days from whatever date the requester sets as the start date. That way the technician can get a headstart. In addition to that, I would like the subtracted days to be different based on the ticket priority value. If it's high priority, we get a bigger headstart. Does this sound like the best way to approach this scenario?
Migrating from MS SQL to MS SQL
Does anyone know how to point Exchange Reporter, AD SelfService, AD Manager, AD Audit to a new SQL server after the initial migration has already been done? We are migrating to a new SQL server and all of our programs are running on SQL (not PostGRE). I can easily back them up and restore them to the new SQL server, but I can't figure out how to point the programs to the new SQL server. I tried the changeDB.bat, but it doesn't work since the "DB already exists".
