Stability and Reliability
Anyone else have issues with PMP? Some of my issues include:
- Some of our main password reset jobs we no longer get reports.
- Scheduled password reset job only runs for some resources.
- Mini dump files filling up the drive from all the crashes
- Schedule task resets are unreliably. If discovery fails only the AD side gets reset and report will show everything is okay.
I've been working with support for 3 months on some of these issues with no end in sight. It's like every few weeks or so they ask me to try something and we get nowhere. I'm at the point now when they ask me to delete and recreate task I refuse. I've already tried those step myself and a ton of times with them on the phone. I think I'm on my third or fourth crash dump debug file they keep giving me.
I see a CyberArk eval in my future...
