Acem Packet
I use OpManager 12.3.201 Enterprise version, and found the probem. Opmanager central inventory view show "blank" in Category, and actual inventory item shown the category is Acem Packet. Please advise how to fix this issue. seems Acem Packet will show "blank" in category view. Thank you! Code Chang

Disable System Notification: Approvals
We'd like the ability to disable some of these notifications - specifically the approval notices. In our case, we use request approvals for contract negotiations and they are often reviewed by 5+ people. These individuals review and recommend the contract proceed. All these actions trigger notifications to the requester, creating confusions and unneeded messaging. Alternatively, the ability to manual trigger the notification, after the request has been approved, would be nice.

Operating System Deployment
I am curious to hear anyone's experience using DC's OS Deployment feature. I have been using Microsoft MDT for 5+ years and am having some difficulty making the switch. There are a couple of things that bother me with DC OSD. 1: Why can't I import a Windows ISO for deployment instead of REQUIRING capture of a target machine? 2: Why do I need to create applications just for OSD? Business Service - Add individual monitors or URLs
I like the idea of the Business Service Map but simply adding a server node to a service doesn't fully capture the availability of that service. Are we able to add inidividual performance monitors or URLs to the Business service? For example: A web front-end will have a URL monitor associated with that service. Another example: There are key processes or services associated with that service that I would want to capture.
Survey Feature - Include option to include one click star rating in every resolution e-mail
Quarterly and half yearly surveys are great but users cannot always remember the service they received so would be really good to have an option to include a click one click rating score at the bottom of resolution e-mail. I am looking to apply the latest update as our current version is the original 12 SP3 (12300). I am seeing conflicts though. Bitlocker and Patch Deployment
We recently enabled BitLocker on all of our Windows 10 machines and have noticed that when we deploy patches from Desktop Central we get prompted for a the BitLocker Recovery Key on reboot fairly often. Has any one else had this issue and, if so, how did you resolve it?
Business View Problems
Has anyone else noticed problems with business views? I have used the Rule Engine to send devices with specific IP address (defined by regular expressions) to different business views when they are discovered. This seems to work initially, but after reviewing the groups I noticed a few things. The List view and Dashboard views both show additional systems listed in many of the Business Views. The Map View and the Sidebar which display the number of systems in a view seem to be working correctly.

Asset state changes automatically
Hello, we have (still) the following problem: I change an asset state to a (custom created) state called "dead". These are assets which are no longer in use. After some weeks the states changes automatically to the state "disposed". In the history the change has allegedly initiated another technician. But this technician has not did that. He was not even logged in to SDP on this dates. Do you have any idea what "workflow" changes an asset state automatically? And why a technician did that allegedly

Is there a way to include a graph in the email notification? This would be a major help if you get a performance-related email or disk space issue to see the last "X" hours (4 or 24) of data to quickly determine how severe something is. Mouse-Problem with Secure USB Configuration - Desktop-Central 10.0.321
After installing Build 10.0.321 the USB-Secure Configuration block USB-Mouse. No configuration changes were made since the last month. The configuration for the mouse is on unblocking. The mouse does`'t work. If I set all types to unblock the mouse is working. Does anybody have the same Problem.

One Resourcename with two accounts

SDAccountAdmin Role
Hi everybody, I am looking for the ideal role to give to one of our staff. I have allowed SDAccountAdmin(Provides full control to his/her associated accounts) for him, which means he can create the technicians. The problem is that when creating the technician, he can not create a logon account for the technician. We want him to be able to create a login account for technicians in the Account associated with him. Solution to this idea? Thanks !

Hide Closed Status
We currently Resolve calls and have them auto close after a set period. We do not want any technicians closing calls. Is there a way we can retain the current method where calls close after a set period but not allow technicians to choose the close option? Also once closed we do not want any call to be reopened under any circumstances? Is this possible? Thanks

Active Directory Import missing 1 employee
We have one user (that we know of) that is not being imported in via the Active Directory import. I can see this user inside the OU that we are pulling. Is there a way to troubleshoot this? I do not see anything on the system log viewer that would indicate why this user is not being imported. Thanks!
Different interval thresholds
Is there a way to have different intervals for different thresholds? For example: CPU Utilization, I have set to an interval of 5 minutes. I want the Attention threshold after 30 minutes (6 consecutive times), Trouble Threshold at 20 minutes (4 consective times) and Critical at 10 minutes (2). Is there an option to do that?

Email aliases in Office 365 not assigning to technicians
Hi, I have set up a helpdesk instance with an email of support@domain.com, when I send an email to this I get a request created as expected so I know that email settings are working correctly. I have then set up 2 seperate sites, finance and hr, both of these are set using aliases on the Office 365 email account of support@domain.com, i have finance-support@domain.com and hr-support@domain.com set up. I have created technician groups for my 2 sites, so one is finance and one is hr, each technician
Issues with Deploying SAP Outlook & Excel Add-ins
The add-in are .exe files. When I try to install the pkg from the Self Service Portal, I receive the following error: "This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." I am able to deploy other .exe files and have no issues installing them.
After updating to Desktop Central 10.0.287 I cannot export reports
After updating Desktop Central to version 10.0.287, I am now unable to export any of the canned, software inventory reports, specifically the Software Product Keys report. I was prompted to change my settings for personal information that may be included in the report. I switched this to "let the technician decide" and saved the setting. Once I did this, I tried to export the report to a .PDF, .CSV, and a .XLSX and when I click on the button, nothing happens. I went back and changed the export setting
