Enable-CsUser

Hi,

I have created a user object with a mailbox in O365 - so the O365 box is ticked. I have also tried to create the SfB account at the same time (Our SfB environment is on-prem and not cloud based) but it fails with the following error:

Error while enabling Lync services for the user The term 'Enable-CsUser' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

I have done another account with the O365 option unticked and have the same results.

Can anyone shed any light on this? I have a feeling it might be related to the connection with the SfB server but I can't find the PS command to use to check.
