Group Management - 'Accept Messages From' won't list all AD objects

Hi. I'm a first time user of AD Manager Plus. I'm trying to add a single user in the Exchange tab when modifying a group. When I click ADD, the list does not show the users in AD. It seems like it only lists groups. I can see that it shows 1362 objects available to choose from. If I click ADD for the 'Send As' permissions I can see 8964 objects, so for some reason I'm not getting the full list when clicking ADD on the 'Accept Messages From' option.
