I am suffering problems sending SMS.
I have two SMS templates configured, one marked with "Modify User-Bulk Users" and the other with "Contact Attribute".
Currently, I have two automation tasks, one modifies a user's attributes (password) by CSV (as a reset, but with a "pre-generated" password). The password is provided by the CSV.
On other way and in another task, I add ipPhone to the users using Modify by Using Template.
When I perform this last task (add ipPhone), the SMS is not sent (maybe for using the "modify by using template automation"?)
If in the ipPhone task, change from "Modify by Using Template" to "Modify by User Attribute", the SMS template automatically get the 'SMS-ResetPassword-Template' and sends the reset password SMS (incorrect)
How could I make this configuration? (automation config and SMS templates)
And another question, it's posible use the "modify user attributes" in a Automation Policy? I don't see this option in the last release.
