Can you import multiple application logs?
I'd like to import a large number of Windows DHCP logs that were generated and stored on a remote machine and copied to directory on ELA server. When I attempt to import them I can only select a specific file name, not a directory containing the logs, or a wildcard pattern. Is this possible? If not its not going to be very usable with hundreds of logs to import. Thanks Ian

Hello, I'm looking for any info on how to run a search on source IPs that excludes a specific IP range. For example, if you were looking for logon attempts from outside your known corporate range, what are the parameters you'd put into the search field? Thanks!
How to separate terms in the 'Match Any' or 'Match All' box
I'm creating a filter for a custom report. Do I use a comma, semi-colon, or space to separate terms in the Advanced tab. Maybe I use "OR" or "AND" although that seems redundant.
No Data Available in Report
Hi There, I already setup and configure some device unix with this eventlog analyzer. The db retention log is 90 days. Could i retrieve log OS that is more than 90 days. Because when i try to generate report, the error is no data available. Please help :)

Reports from "Advanced GPO reports" do not work

I am having a problem uninstalling AD Audit plus trial from my Win 10 box. I get error message (attached) "Some files exist in the specified directory. Kindly provide a different location for installing ADAudit Plus 5.0" I have A/V disabled and running as an admin. Does anyone know what might be going on here?
Variant Report for Failed Logins
Hi there, I am trying to get a failed login report set up with a slight variant to it. I would like it to show a user name, and the total count of their failed login attempts during that period, and if possible, have that broken down into the categories why (like bad password or account expired), along with the total count for those. This way I can generate a condensed list to track reasons from a high level, and then drill down where needed. Thanks in advance for any help/advice on this. Andy

Hi, need help with som problems! ADAudit Plus 5.0 installation with build 5053. Installed on Windows server 2008 R2 Problem 1 ServerOut log files get up to 50 GB after one day. new log file eatch day that eat up all disk space. Problem 2 Some users get UAC pop up and logon to ADAudit and logon is not possible. The affected users are lokal admins on the server. They have local rights on installation share. This is a random problem that happens now and then Hope you got som god ideas on these ones!

ADAudit Plus search with archived (zip) file
I want to search for Logon Activity for the last 3 months. it shows me up to the oldest log of Jan 6, 2018. And also shows me a list of .zip archived file. How do I make it search within the zip archived files to? Next to of the .zip file, there is check box allows me to check mark it, but it doesn't do anything when i searched for the 3 months data and also checked mark that zip file.
How to prevent multiple email alerts for the same event.
I am using ADAudit Plus - build 5053. I have an Alert Profile that notifies me when an SACL change has been made on a file share. The problem I am having is that I receive multiple emails about the same alert (sometimes these alerts are days old). This is causing the alerts to lose effectiveness as people see them as false positives and ignore them. Is there any way to only receive 1 alert email per event? Reporting on the Computers Container
when computer objects get created, they (by default) go into the "Computers" container. Then, the technician moves the object into the correct OU. Sometimes we run into situations where they forget to move the object, which can cause issues down the road. Is there any way, with ADAuditPlus, to schedule a weekly report to run at 6AM on Monday morning, that simply shows a list of the objects currently in the "Computers" container?

Report Inactive User Accounts is only updated from one Domain Controller
Hi, We are running DC version 10.0.321. In previous version we have used the report: "User Reports, Inactive User Accounts" Now i've noticed that this report is only taking information from one domain controller, however in the past this was updated perfectly over all domain controllers. Call a SQL Stored Procedure from a user creation template?
I would like to call a SQL stored procedure at the end of my user creation based on if a particular field has an entry. It would go something like this Add custom field called "TargetUser" in template Add custom field called "SourceUser" in template I would then like to write a VBS or powershell script that connects to my sql database to run a stored procedure with those two fields used as parameters for the stored proc. Access problem with port 8443 oder 8080 because of security reasons
With the ADManager Plus app on iPhone X, I only have the possibility to Access our AD with port 8443 ore 8080. It is not possible the Access it with port 636 oder 389. Can that be changed?
Couple of questions
I'm new to ADmanager 6.6 and having a couple of issues. 1. Unable to upload a corporate logo even though dimensions and filetype are correct 'please select a valid image file' 2. HA configured but service stops on both nodes for no reason I can see 3. For a delegated user, can you create them a dashboard or give access to the default. Convert to Shared Mailbox when deprovisioning users for Exchange Hybrid deployment / Exchange Online
In a Hybrid Deployment when we disable users, we do not delete their mailboxes right away. What we do is convert their mailbox to a shared mailbox to save on Exchange Online licenses. Hello All, Please I would like to know if there is way of getting automated alerts when a new computer is added to the domain on ADManager or i would have to stick to a report that can be scheduled to run daily to get this information. Lastly i would like to know how often AD Manager syncs with the domain controller to get fresh data and how this can be customized to maybe every hour or less. Thank You!

Hi - Is there a way to include the group names when reporting on group membership. Often we want to include multiple groups in the same report but I don't see an option for group name. Without it we wouldn't know who is in which group. Thanks!

Adding users to "Accept messages from" field in Exchange Tab
Hi. I am new to AD Manager so just starting to learn its usefulness. I am trying to modify a Distribution Group by adding USERS to the Accept Messages from field but I two issues. 1) I can only add one at a time which is quite slow. Any options for bulk adding? 2) When I search for a User I get no results. I think it's only listing groups. Thanks Alex
Group Management - 'Accept Messages From' won't list all AD objects
Hi. I'm a first time user of AD Manager Plus. I'm trying to add a single user in the Exchange tab when modifying a group. When I click ADD, the list does not show the users in AD. It seems like it only lists groups. I can see that it shows 1362 objects available to choose from. If I click ADD for the 'Send As' permissions I can see 8964 objects, so for some reason I'm not getting the full list when clicking ADD on the 'Accept Messages From' option. Currently, I have two automation tasks, one modifies a user's attributes (password) by CSV (as a reset, but with a "pre-generated" password). The password is provided by the CSV. Hi, I've delegated some help desk technician roles to an AD group but would now like to remove them is there anyway of doing this? I'm sure it's easy and obvious but i can't see how. thanks
Group report for users in one group but not in another
I'd like a report of all users who are in one AD group but not in another AD group. Is this possible? Otherwise I'm looking at two reports and finding commonalities with Excel. Thanks, -Scott
