I was hoping find a way to upload a file (or files) when creating a request through the API, however  http://www.manageengine.co.nz/products/service-desk/help/adminguide/api/request-attributes.html doesn't appear to talk about it.  I found 1 forum where it was mention that it is supported, but no links/details were given.  Has anyone done this/would you please provide details?
