Group report for users in one group but not in another
I'd like a report of all users who are in one AD group but not in another AD group. Is this possible? Otherwise I'm looking at two reports and finding commonalities with Excel. Thanks, -Scott

Hi, I have created a user object with a mailbox in O365 - so the O365 box is ticked. I have also tried to create the SfB account at the same time (Our SfB environment is on-prem and not cloud based) but it fails with the following error: Error while enabling Lync services for the user The term 'Enable-CsUser' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
Persistent connection to SfB
We have templates that automatically create Skype for Business accounts. Every now and then the account creation errors for the SfB part and we have to create the persisten connection again. Does anyone have any idea how to prevent this from happening? Thanks, Andy

Issue adding Technician
When adding a new technician I can click the plus sign at top right to enter the selection window on my desktop. The correct domain is highlighted but when click add users/groups the window doesn't appear to allow me to select users / groups. Oddly if logon to the ADP server and access console via IE there, it works fine. I'm assuming there will be some gpo issue pertaining to my desktop that is not afftecting the server when logon there. Anyone seen this ? thanks
Locked user counts don't match
I'm running a trial copy of ADManager Plus and decided to check the locked users against a domain controller using PowerShell (search-adaccount -lockedout). At first the lists were completely different so clearly there has not been an AD sync in hours. I forced a sync and compared again and the lists were close but still not the same. There are a few locked users I see in PowerShell (and I verified in ADUC) that ADManager Plus does not find.

In ADManager Plus only the domain name of the AD domain is listed when adding an e-mail adress. Is there a possibility to add some extra names to this list without any connections to these domains?

Service Desk is showing the list to remove them but my Service Desk manager asked what happens to the requests previously logged if we delete the requesters from AD? Hi, how does this work? In my start page, it says i have 7 unapproved Changes. But, they are all approved by change manager. Why does it say 7 unapproved? I guess i dont understand the process, anyone having some info about this?

Custom Login Screen Not displaying after saving from inbuilt designer
Good Morning, This morning i upgraded our instance of SDP to the latest version (10008) and noticed that there was a feature to allow you to customise the login screen using a inbuilt interface. I have done this by modifying a few of the colours and adding a little bit of extra text but left everything else as it is. The preview was displaying the screen exactly as i would like it to display. I have then saved these changes and logged out and now rather than displaying a login screen it just displays

We have added some custom fields to an incident template to categorise the incident as software/hardware etc. The fields are marked as mandatory and also form part of the request closure rules. Survey Email Configuration
Running ServiceDesk Plus Build 10006. For the request-based survey, an email goes out to the requester when a call ticket closes. Before we upgraded, the $SurveyLink would just send the link to the survey. After the upgrade to 10, it adds a second link for "Skip Survey". Is there a way to turn that off so it only sends the survey link? In our environment, if someone doesn't want to take the survey they just delete the email. Thanks!
