We currently own the Manage Engine products listed below and I wondering which I can use to accomplish what I need.

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus

ManageEngine DesktopCentral

ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer

What I'm trying to accomplish:

We have 3 server groups. Group 1 will get patches applied on Wednesdays, group 2 will get patches applied on Thursday, and group 3 on Friday.

What I'd like to do is have a separate report generated for each group showing what windows and application patches are available. I'd like this report sent out the teams responsible for each group of servers and allow them a week to review the patches in the report before applying them.

When it comes time to deploy the patches I would like an announcement sent out to the teams the morning of.

I tried using DesktopCentral to accomplish but I'm struggling to get it to work the way I'd like. I'm not sure how to get the reports created like I want, and the scheduled announcements are not working how I'd like.
