[SOLVED] Can't restore data from backup
Hello. Can't restore data from backup. Service desk version:10.0 build 10008. Hosted on: CentOS Linux release 7.5.1804 (Core). I want move SD on other server. I backup data and move on other server. I am looking for a way to export Project Tasks to Excel or CSV in order to send to an outside party. Basically, a CSV of the data from /ProjectAction.do?submitaction=ViewProject&fromListView=true&projectid=XX Is there a query I can put in reports to get this list as exportable?

Mail Fetch Crashes when Multiple site related emails are added to original email
We have a number of customers who email multiple group/site emails when they submit tickets to us. This has never been an issue, but we upgraded to 10008 this weekend and now its causing mail fetch to crash. I have to clean the original email from the email box and restart mail collection. We were previously on 9425. This has never been an issue in our system prior and other than upgrading to 10008, we have had no changes to the installation.

Deploying Agent using gpmc.msc isn't working.
I've been playing around with deploying the ManageEngineAssetExplorerAgent.msi using group policies. I've followed the instructions on the "Configuration Wizard" page ("Deploying agents through Active Directory") and, when that didn't work, followed the outdated instructions on this YouTube video, which didn't work either. I am coming from working with Microsoft's SCCM to working with Desktop Central. I've been put in charge of the Patch Management process and revamping it and fixing issues with it. With SCCM, i know which logs i need to look at first to help determine where the troubles may have started and to help get issues resolved more quickly. Not having much luck getting attachment information for conversations. We have a business requirement that the original request and all conversations, including attachments are sent to a secondary system. I'm currently writing a program to do so. I can get the original attachment but i cannot seem to get any attachments in the conversations.

Hey everyone Couple days ago I upgrade EventLog Analyzer from version 11041 to 11100. Now I observe problem with Correlation Engine - when I start service everythink works good, but after about two hours logs do not correlate until restart ELA service and over and over. Hi, While trying to follow the upgrade path detailed here (https://www.manageengine.com/products/eventlog/service-packs.html) from 11000, the application of service Service Pack 11.0 (SP-11.0) failed with a database corruption error. I followed the backup procedure detailed here (http://kbase.eventloganalyzer.com/how-do-i-take-backup-for-ela#). The version that we have installed is 11072. Hi. I have a question. When I install trial version of ELA and sends the logs from our devices I received this message on my mail. The folder ES\CachedRecord has crossed its threshold limit. This is not favorable for real-time log processing and alerts. What does it mean? And how this error can be corrected (maybe configured more cash records)
