report based on action log viewer
I was wondering if it possible to setup a scheduled report based on the action log viewer filtered by user. Is there any way to get a report or summary based on what technician ME DC user have done? Ie under action log viewer i can filter by user and see a log of all action that user has done in the past 30 days, is it possible to schedule a report based on that?

Alert's for OpManager Server Down instances
Is there a way to monitor OpManger's connection external? We have Service Desk Plus well and OpManger is integrated with it. We have had many instances of our OpManger server going down but didn't know about it until we got in the office. Being that OpManger is what alerts us of outages, there's no way for it to alert us if the server it resides on goes down itself. Are there any other solutions you could offer?

when viewing the available columns on the worklog details section, the worklog type is not available to view as a column. Can you confirm if this will be added? if so, when is this due to be available. Thanks Rory

Translation problems
Hi! We've translated the SDP to Swedish and wanted to do some manual translations. The translation function itself worked but when restarting the program/server it does not go throu and translates. I don't know if its cause the text i want to translate is on widget, and if theres another thing to bypass this i'll gladly want to know. Check attached pictures to see what i mean. Multiple Views - My pending and Unassigned Queues
Hi I'm just wondering how everyone else views multiple queues. Our technicians need to be able to view Unassigned queues and their own pending queues at the same time. Previously we used to be able to do this by opening ServiceDesk in different browsers. Now if we change the filter in one browser it updates in the other when it refreshes. Does anyone else get this issue and have any advice on how to get around it thanks

[Tips & Tricks] Why do Requesters see "Not-Auth" in request list view?
In ServiceDesk, requesters can be restricted from viewing details of a particular request field. In the request list view, those specific fields will be labeled as "Not-Auth" instead of an actual field value. To enable/disable requester permission on any specific field value, you can refer steps given below. Hiding Solutions from requesters.
We are just rolling out Service Desk Plus, but the Solutions section is going to start off unpopulated. We'd prefer not to give an "empty cupboard" to our users initially. Is there a way to hide the "Search solutions" area of the requesters front page, and the "Solutions" tab, until we are ready to release it?

Password Reminder Notification has sending errors
I send email password expiration warnings every morning. Recently I have been getting error "432 4.3.2 STOREDRV.Storage; mailbox server is too busy; STOREDRV.Submisson.Exception:StorageTransientException.MapiExceptionRpcServerTooBusy; Failed to process message due to a transient exception with message Cannot open mailbox." randomly in my report. Currently our databases are SQL SERVER 2012. Run Report on Custom Monitors
Please add the ability to run an Inventory Report on custom monitors across all devices. DC Large Deployment Read Me

Intregration problem between OpmanagerPlus and ServiceDeskPlus
Hi i'm just an intern and i got a project to research about intregration between 2 manageengine application. so i'm trying to intregrate OpmanagerPlus with ServiceDeskPlus and when i follow instructoin and it's pop up green bar "sync successfull" but in tab cmdb there're no ci from opmanager. in fact at the first time i try,it success and i got ci from opmanage but when i try to sync to another server(servicedesk plus)(also seceond time to the same server) it's no ci come in. ps. i want ci from opmanager
Solutions 'Content' is still hard to see.
Just playing with the Demo in V10 and in solutions you can expand fields like Title, Keywords etc but not the actual content. This is the one that needs to be expanded the most to try and see how the solution is formatted etc.. when you add a picture you can't get a feel for the layout having to scroll top down and left right..

Devices disappear from business view when apply&ovewrite template
Hi, I had several categories in inventory with several devices. I modified a switch templated, applied and overworte the changes. Then I found several categories in inventory disappeared. I think when I changed the switch template this category overwrote the early categorie I created. I can understand this point. The real problem was that in several business views the devices that belonged this categories have disappeared but not all of them. The devices are still in the inventory but I need to know
Not all servers is displayed in the report.
I want to create a report "Availability and Response". I choose "Create New Report", select Availibility Category, choose Business View that I created earlier and in which I added 6 servers. All these servers are available and response. But in the report itself only 3 of 6 servers are displayed. Why can not all servers are displayed, despite the fact that they are all in the same category, they all work and are available?
Alternative to closing rules
There’s no way I can see to create closing rules for specific groups or roles so I was wondering if anyone had a way of doing something similar with Business rules or custom triggers? I’ve got a radio field called “Escalated” that I want to set as mandatory if a closure is performed by our second or third line groups, they don’t tend to edit tickets so field and form rules aren’t effective in this case. Additionally our other groups don’t use the “Escalated” field so don’t want to skew our data by
ServiceDesk Cloud - Unbearably Slow!!!
I have raised this issue 3 days ago with Dandy and have had no resolution or update, today its taking up to 22sec to click a request from open to resolved! This is ridiculously slow and seriously affecting the productivity for all of our technicians. I have been on hold trying to get through to support for the last 46 mins I have been sent 2 reference Id's 5094613 and 5094621 and no call back no email please advise urgently.
