Exporting and Importing Templets/Service Catigories From "Test" to "Production" Environment
My Colleagues and I have two instances of the the ServiceDesk Plus one for use with our users "Production" and a "test" where we try new things.
Is it possible to export a template/rules/categories/ect... from one to the other?
