Hi, Currently, if a technician has less than two jobs, they show as 'Other' on the dashboard. Is there a way to see all technicians all the time? See piccy. Thanks.

Is there a way to set SDP up to not notify a specific requester? I have alerts going to SDP from a mailbox, but when it comes in SDP sends an acknowledgement email which causes a bounceback since its an autogenerated SMTP address. Access Denied - Windows 10
I'm just seeting up EventLog Analyzer on a small test network. I have Windows 7, 8 and 10 computers being monitored. I have two issues: - the Windows 10 system gives "Access Denied" 0x80070005. I have checked WMI service, checked dcomcnfg settings, turned off the Windows firewall temporarily, etc. etc. Nothing seems to help. Yet, I can Remote Desktop into that same system with the same credentials. - the Windows 7 system is the ONLY ONE yielding many of the reports and logs.

If you go to request catalog / new inicident, you can paste the screenshot in de description. However, if you clear the description (CTRL-A + DELETE) and click Resolution below to open it, if you want to paste the screenshot in the description again it appears in the Resolution. I can't open the service and I can't upgrade the version
I have the build 9336. When I start the service after a few seconds, the service stops... And also the other problem that I have is when I'm upgrading the build I need to confirm the upgrade. Hi, As far as I can tell, every Windows 10 cumulative update raises the OS build number, e.g. KB4499177 [1] will take the OS to build 14393.2999 (with the .2999 being the build number updated by the patch). As the release of a cumulative update invalidates all the previous cumulative updates, I would find it extremely useful if the patch description for the updates contained the build number (.2999) - so that I could tell at a glance if the patch being listed was a genuine update, or an erroneous

Feature Request - Set Size of Stale Files to Find From the Report Page
Instead of configuring a single file size globally for all reports (Currently Under Configuration > Reports > Storage Analysis), users should be able to set the size dynamically before running any storage report. Currently, you can only set the amount of days to search on.

Is it possible to automate Contact Creation from a New Account?
Hi folks, I have a Create User template set up for our on-site IT folks to run for certain user requests. These user accounts do not get an Exchange Mailbox, so no email is created for them. However, they do need to have a contact created for them. Is it possible to automate the contact creation based on the data entered in the User Account and can that process be automatically triggered by the User Creation task?
