Set resource field values based on Standard Operating Environment

We have set a standard operatinenvironment (SOE) for most employee roles per account (especially agent and team leader role). (see sample below)


Account 1
                Agent – 1 desktop, 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, 1 monitor (SOE 121)

                Team Leader – 1 laptop, 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, 2 monitor (SOE 122)

 

Account 2

                Agent – 1 desktop, 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, 1 monitor, 1 Office 365 account (SOE 123)

                Team – 1 laptop, 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, 3 monitors, 2 Office 365 accounts (SOE 124)



We will be using this SOE on the service catalog form where HR will onboard an employee by choose an account, and role. After ticket creation, it should generate tasks based on the SOE and each item on the SOE is assigned a specific group.


1 desktop - task assigned to Purchasing Group

1 keyboard - task assigned to Keyboard Support Group

1 mouse - task assigned to Mouse Support Group

etc.
