I upgraded my MeDC server to 10.0.411 this morning (from build 387). And this time, agent upgrade is not working.
And even worse, I cannot uninstall the agent from MeDC server (to manually upgrade).
Communication between agent and server seems OK. And strangely enough even the MeDC server itself cannot upgrade its own agent.
Translation of the error is "Connection closed. Unexpected error"
The only way I have found to upgrade is to manually uninstall the agent (directly from the computer, not through the MeDC server) and install from the agent install zip.
If I try to install from the MeDC server after having manually installed the agent, it fails "Access denied" (I have no problem with the COM settings and until then I had no problem at all).
I tried disabling Antivirus, disabled computer/server firewall.
Could it be a problem brought by the 387W agent? Or something with the build 411?
MeDC server is a Windows Server 2012r2
Client are Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
Any ideas?
