We have AD groups associated with Oracle DB Server resources.  If an end user is added to a group, they then see the resource under their passwords and can check out the password etc.

The issue is, when our help desk adds a user to an AD group, they will not be able to see the password unless us admins go into the group in PMP and physically add them to the group in there.  Once we do that, they can now see the group.

Any ideas?
