User Account Moved Alert
Hi, I am trying (unsuccessfully) to set up an alert to notify my Help Desk Manager when a network account gets moved into our Disabled User's OU regardless of any of the sub-OUs that our accounts can exist (we have like 10 User sub-OUs). Has anyone set up an alert like this or have simple steps to follow to get this going? Thanks in advance!
Remote Office Replication Lag
We have Desktop Central configured with multiple remote offices all setup with unlimited bandwidth and 2 minute interval for replication using the same replication policy. What we're noticing is when deploying day latest patched immediately to a device on a remote office we're seeing a significant wait before the replication occurs, way over 2 minutes. I am attempting to pull in service accounts. I am successful with accounts that are in the username@domain format, but not successful with accounts with the domain\username format. Has anyone encountered this? Joe
Patch manager plus - Free cloud version
Hi, I am trying to add more computers, i am able to install the agent, but the computer never shows in "waiting for approval". When i troubleshoot with the "Agent troubleshooting Tool" i get 1 error message and 1 warning message. The error message says that the notification server is unreachable. I am not able to telnet the server via port 8027 from any of my other computers that are already being managed by Patch Manager Plus. I am able to telnet the server on port 443. The warning message is related

Hi, In a resource there are several accounts combined. But a user needs access to just one (1) account the other accounts should be hidden. How can I do this? The resource is discovered automatically.
Problem with description field on requests
Hello to all, after upgrade to 10507 version, we have experienced some issues with body message of emails. After create a request by email, SDP doesn't show correctly body message correctly (SDP shows only in one line without line breaks). It not happens in all messages. Hi, I have a multi choice field in Service desk that is imported into Analytics Plus. Auto-approve change request when all CAB members recommend it not working
Hi, I've been doing some testing and with this feature, but it doesn't appear to be working. I have the option selected in the workflow. The selected CAB members get the messages from the system. But when all of the CAB members have recommended, we still have to approve the CR manually into the Implementation stage. I am using my domain admin credentials to install an MSI. 85% of the installations fail with the error: "Installation Failed - This installation is forbidden by system policy. Hi, I was just testing the latest macOS security update, and found that when I deployed it with a 'don't notify, but prompt for reboot' setting I get a popup in the bottom of the screen saying something like "your administrator has scheduled an update, you can postpone it or apply now" and there's a timer that counts down before it's automatically applied. how to force stop sync SDP to Advanced Analytics
Hi, I integrated SDP to Advanced Analytics but I get 20 Million error log records in pendingUploadRecord table. I unchecked "Enbabled Advanced Analytics Menu" but already generate error log in pendingUploadRecords table. Also I remove all configuration, but it doesn't stop sync scheduling. SDP MSP + ZohoBooks Integration
Hi, We have successfully integrated ZohoBooks and ServiceDesk MSP. When synxhronizing clients and requesters, ZohoBooks is the source and SDP is the destination. We were able to successfully add a new contact into ZB and saw a new account in SDP appear. What does WHERE (wo.ISPARENT='1') mean in a query?
I've seen this used a lot in queries provided to users: WHERE (wo.ISPARENT='1') It seems to eliminate deleted records from a query. Is that a proper use for that condition? Are there other things that field is used for? Thanks! Joanna

Storing SSH keys outside PMP
There should be an option to have new rotated SSH keys send to an external source via SFTP or some secure login. Just in case HA failed for some reason and we lost the Primary we still have the keys to rebuild from scratch.

Hi I have been asked if ELA has the ability to forward Windows logs via TCP to an IP. The configuration information below (link) provides that capability but only via UDP. The drop down box does list TCP but it cannot be selected. Please can you advise if it is indeed possible to use this capability with TCP?
