For the purposes of tracking calls during a GO Live, we would like a report that could be generated to track tickets by the hour for specific subcategories. How would we set this up aside from a scheduled report, since the teams who would need it would vary?

Importing a CSV results with errors of "null"
I am attempting to import a CSV of asserts into ServiceDesk Plus and it is not accepting any line of the file. All it says for an error is "null". Any help is greatly appriciated.

There is no documentation for that, just a tool in admin- api which uploads a file but doesn't say how to do it... My new employee on-boarding form is complex. I have a summary box that contains checkboxes for a number of services. Simplified Example: [ ] Email [ ] Billing System [ ] Medical Records System ... If the user checks off one of the services in the summary box, I display a resource box specific to that service. If they uncheck the resource, then it hides the resource. blocking task report
We would like a report to be triggered when database sessions have blocked for a period of time. We have tried to assocuiate a threshold against the attribute "Blocked Session (Count)" but it does not seem to fire even when we intentially block the database. Creating Templates
Hi Guys, I have created template to disable the user account and move it to anther OU, and also removing specific groups from that account and just keeping one group which is Domain Users Group. The Template is working only with disabling the account and it also moving it to another OU, but its not removing the groups that this account is part of. even I have created a rules for that to keep just one group, and removed the check mark from append with existing value and same thing. Unable to View Tickets
Experiencing an issue where some users are unable to view tickets to regions/sites that are assigned to their profile. This doesn't happen to every person or every site. It is random. Any help with this issue is appreciated.
Login: "User does not have sufficient privilege."
After updating to build 9112, we some times see this error when logging in: "User does not have sufficient privilege." Even after rebooting the server, closing browsers & clearing caches, it still happens. It happens in both IE and Chrome. It happens to regular users and admin/technicians, alike. It happens when logging in to the main page as well as using links to specific solutions/requests. Ideas? Thanks

Report Profile
I may just be low on caffeine this morning but, I cannot figure out how to create a NEW "Report Profile" in ADAudit Plus. Instructions say to Click on Configuration Tab--> New Report Profile. However, when I click on the Configuration tab and look at the menu on the left, under Report Profiles, the only thing that exists is "View/Modify Report Profiles". There is no "New Report Profile". The only thing close is "Create Alert Profile", but that's not what I'm looking for. Anyone have any ideas?

Unable to remove duplicate 'Site' field from Default (or any) template
I am attempting to remove a duplicate 'Site' field from any of my incident templates. Neither 'site' field is giving me the little trash can icon to remove. I understand this is a default field and we do want to have one of these fields. However, because there are duplicates, any time I try to create a new template, it's throwing back an error indicating 'Duplicate fields present in the layout:site'. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Applicable patches for CentOS did not include some important updates
Hi all, I am now evaluating Patch Manager Plus for applying patches to CentOS and Ubuntu. I noticed that the recent sudo related patches for CentOS (i.e. CESA-2019:3197) were shown at the 'Latest patches' page. However, they are not shown at the 'Applicable patches' and all my CentOS machines did not get the patches. However, when I use 'yum update' inside those machines, the 'sudo' entry did show up Furthermore, I have tried to use the 'Manual deployment' to install those patches to CentOS.

Incident - Additional Fields: Be able to edit "Help Text"
It would be ideal if you could add/edit the 'Help Text' from the 'Incident - Additional Fields' section of 'Incident Management.' When you're creating a new incident template and you go to add a new field, you're able to edit both the description and help text... and copy the description to the help text. But you are unable to even see the help text from their organized area - Incident - Additional Fields. It's puzzling and has caused some confusion amongst my coworkers.
