Custom Notification Template Variables

Custom Notification Template Variables

I'm attempting to create a notification that goes out to a userID's manager when we disable an account that has been inactive for 90 days. I would really like to use the LDAP attributes in some way so the email is more clear.

As an example it would read something like this:

____________________________
Subject: Disabled due to inactivity - %cn%

Dear %userManager%,
The account for %cn% has been disabled because it has been inactive for 90 days.
Last Logon date: %lastLogonTimestamp%

Thanks!

No matter what combination of wildcards I use, I can not get the email to come through with this information correctly. All I see is as I have written it in the template. It does not gather the users LDAP attributes.

I'm trying to find out if there is a way to do this so the emails can be more intuitive and not look like they are a phishing attempt? We never send anything to our end users directly from ADManage plus. it always comes from either our ticket system or our HelpDesk email account. it has proven to help our end users to be vigilant with not clicking junk links.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide on this.
