HI, Pretty disappointed that with the new ESM you can't: 1) Migrate existing tickets to new site. I already have multiple support groups in my instance, Was hoping to segregate out my teams. But you can't migrate your existing tickets!!! what? Oops? so I need to tell my company we are going to have to start over with servicedesk in order to make new sites?? really?? I know there are scripts that supposedly migrate tickets but I am told they don't bring everything.What about our existing tickets?

In OpManager Some of the Cisco Devices are not monitoring for Temprature
Dear Team, We are facing issue with temperature monitoring for couple of cisco devices such as Nexus 7000, ISR4331 router etc... I've looked over a few threads but couldn't find the one i really needed. I'm looking to make a report for No time entry AND the work log description with no notes added. I see where you can run a report for no time entry but I do not see a field for "work logs = none". Is this possible? I wonder if it's worded differently

Workflow - Retrieve active alerts or alarms
In a workflow under the OpManager tasks, there are a bunch of Alarm related tasks. I have a workflow that triggers off of an Event Log entry which then restarts a service. Unfortunately, I can't have the workflow automatically close that alarm. It would be great if the triggered workflow could retrieve current, active alarms (based on severity) and clear them as part of the workflow. This would make for a cleaner interface if a triggered alarm has technically been addressed from a workflow.

personal password cannot be retrieved, but can be viewed in the UI
I'm running 10400 and have an issue copying a single password into the clipboard. I've tried to do this in both Firefox 71, and Chrome 79.0.3945.88 and I'm not running any addons in either browser. While I can click on the ***** to view the password and it displays correctly, when I click on the 'copy to clipboard' button, nothing happens. The entries above and below it in the UI work just fine. The only difference is that this password contains a single quote character.
Representing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement in Software Asset Management
I am looking for some help as to how to think about populating our Microsoft Enterprise Agreement in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud. We have M365 E3 which has license for Office & Windows. We have O365 E1 which has license to cloud version of Office We have older version of office that we haven't upgraded yet but will soon. Are we best to use Software Suites and bring in all the older software under the single Software Suite? Anyone gone through this and have some experience to share? Thanks!
Service Desk Plus Inventory Scanner Terrible
Is it me or is the inventory scanner that is part of Service Desk Plus unreliable and doesn't automate enough of the data? I have approximately 340 devices it can't scan or the scan fails. I get the ones that may not be there but some are there and it just can't do what it needs to do. Seems like this utility needs to be rewritten? Anybody using something else to populate the inventory?

Hello Team, Can you please help me to understand the OP manager probe seizing .Let say if we have 5k devices in our environment then how many probes are required in this case.
