Hi all,

I am unsing ManageEngine Desktop Central and I am trying to add a shared network drive to all computers.

The shared network drive is on a machine that everyone has access to, but it requires a username and password (let's say user: SharedDrive, password: 1234)

When doing a new configuration > user (Add Shared Network Drive), it doesn't ask me for credentials and then it fails because username/password is incorrect, which is normal because I didn't find where to put them.

What can I do?
