Ways to test connections to Secure Gateway Server and Central Server?
Are there any convenient ways to test connections to Secure Gateway Server and UEMS (Desktop Central ) Central Server? What I am after is a URL approach such as a URL to https://servername.domain.name:8383/somepage.txt . Or TELNET open servername.domain.name 8383. Or anything else that is easy to arrange. I am trying to set up and debug Secure Gateway Sever, plus the firewall and NAT and access rules and so on. Without a simple way to test, this is difficult. Charlie Savage
DC Agent Unable to Send Request to ServiceDesk Plus after upgrading to 10.0.560
No settings have changed, this function worked flawlessly on 10.0.533.W. Verified settings in DesktopCentral for ServiceDesk Plus as error message stated, no settings have changed from prior to 10.0.533. Affecting all DesktopCentral Agents so far since upgrading the other day. Multiple user reports about this issue have appeared and I am able to replicate it on my machine. Any ideas on what 'Servicedesk Plus Settings' are the problem here?

PMP Agent Bulk Installation
Hi Team, Do we have option to use PMP agent with specific token for ever ? We have DMZ environment and want to deploy PMP agent via Software distribution tool, so we dont want to limit the PMP agent to work only once or for specific time like 6 hrs. We recently started using the RLC functions and we are noticing a small issue in our SLAs and timers. We have a "Need More Info" status, the timer stops while we wait for a reply from the requester. We have also been using colors to assist with knowing what we are supposed to be working on. APM kubernetes monitoring not display pods and deployments
Hi, i have a problem with APM monitoring on kubernetes. I have gave to the APM's user all the roles to list get watch the kubernetes resource infact if i connect with that user on the machine and do these two command: kubectl get pods -o json --all-namespaces kubectl get deployments -o json --all-namespaces they works, but on the monitoring windows i couldn't see anything about pods or deployments. I would like a report that tells me all the requests that have been assigned to a group, whether they have been transferred to another group or not. We are trying to run metrics on our tier 1 support group but if tickets are transferred to other groups, we are unable to collect that data with the canned reports.

Hi we would like to assign all tickets that do not have a group assigned to them after 15 minutes to a default group. So if a new ticket is created and the group field is blank after 15 minutes assign it to a default group. Is something like this possible?

Search tickets based on criteria via Powershell API
I want to search through tickets based on certain critera (see below) and output the ticket number/subjects at the end. I'm getting hung up on the subject line, as I want it to be based on finding duplicate names inside. How could I go about doing this? Remote Control - viewing user's desktop - image quality blurry
Hello everyone, I recently noticed that when I use the remote control tool to connect to a user's desktop the video quality is kind of blurry. I can't exactly say when this started and I haven't changed any settings - only installed DC updates. I was looking for settings/ways to improve the video quality and bring it back to where it was before. In some cases it is extremely hard for me to see fonts on the users desktop due to the blurriness. Thank you in advance for any feedback that would help
