Is there a way to tell the client or Desktop Central that there are no applications being deployed to the client?

Scenario:  Deployed an Package to a desktop and realized the CMD for install was incorrect.  Deleted Configuration for deployment and fixed package and recreated confiuration.  90 min later Desktop Central still thinks there is another deployment in progress.  I have reboot the Desktop.
