We are planning to implement USB storage restrictions in the company. The first step was to enable USB Audit Settings so we can get an inventory of USB devices in use.

Now, when I go to Reports > USB Reports > USB Usage Report I get a message stating "No USB devices are detected yet. Reports will be generated based on the configured USB Audit Settings."

However, in the bottom pane I am able to browse all USB devices connected to each managed computer.

Why is that behaviour?

I also assumed that, when configuring a USB policy, under "Exclude Devices" I would be able to select all identified devices in the "Select from list" tab, but the list is empty!

Am I missing something?
