Need a report to show me tickets that have been idle for xx days
I would like to know if there is a way to create a report that looks for any tickets that haven't been auctioned for a period of time, say 4 days, and notifys somone. Note that I am specifically NOT referring to the SLA prompts Response, or Resolution. A ticket may well be assigned to a tech, who then sits on his hands and does nothing with it for a few days. I want to know well before the 3 hours SLA clock in the dashboard comes around. Thanks! PS, can someone actually moderate and approve this

add note data to update email
Hey how do i add the latest note into the update email. I would think that this would be the default behaviour, but the stock template just says "go see the web link" which is stupid. Would prefer to have the newest update directly emailed to the user.

Unable to disable TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1
Is it possible to disable TLSv1.0 and TLSv1.1 - these have been flagged to me by a security audit as being non-compliant. I have been able to edit the httpd-ssl.conf to fix this issue temporarily but updates overwrite this and sometimes cause the DC service to not load correctly on the server. I've seen on another ticket that you have the option to switch off these protocols if you don't have 7/2008 clients (we have 2012R2/10) but cannot find the option. Any help would be highly appreciated!

A quick service announcement: archiving is irrevocable, users be sure that archiving is not left enabled accidentally (default may be "enabled", I found mine set to archive items 2 years or older) On to the question: If I disable archiving is there any potential hazard for doing so? Are there any arbitrary limitations imposed by, or otherwise experienced within the operation of, ServiceDesk? What sort of problems should I be aware of when disabling this feature?
