We have activated 'Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is closed.',
which is fine, because the requester, then gets a notification, when a request is closed from Edit mode or from the right-side menu.
But when a request is given the status 'closed' within a Reply by a Technician, then the Requester gets two mails
- thats is the reply-mail + the 'Closed'-notification.
Is the a way to avoid this ?
