SDP 11.203 MS SQL.

We would like see SDP add a feature where the scheduler could be assigned a manager for a group of technicians and that manager would be able to see all of the technicians in the group in the scheduler, make ticket assignments, etc. I should not have to grant Admin permissions to accomplish this objective.
