Double entries in DTC when imaging new machines
Anyone else having an issue when you image a new machine it puts double entries in DTC? The machines have the same IP and same MAC listed but there are 2 entries in DTC.

Change request audit on deletion
We have noticed that there is no trace in the system logs when you delete a Change record. Is there any auditing in place in the Change module?
