I am trying to get all requests based on specific criteria using list_info:

URL: <server>/api/v3/requests

HEADER : "TECHNICIAN_KEY: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" 

input_data : {

      "list_info" : {

            "search_fields": {

                  "subject": "Reset password"

            }

      }
}

The request was successful but the records did not match the criteria I specified.

Can anyone help me with this issue, or highlight what I am missing?
