ServiceDesk Mail Server Settings With M365

I'm trying to configure Mail Server settings to work with M365. I've got the inbound IMAPS working, however, I can't seem to get the outbound SMTP working. I've searched through all the forums and tried various suggestions from there but it still doesn't seem to work. I've configured the below settings:

Server Name: smtp.office365.com 
Reply To: M365 Licenced Account
Protocol: SMTP
TLS Enabled: Yes
Port: 587
Requires Authentication: Yes, with M365 account.

Are there any other dependencies on getting this to work?
