Hi, we are currently migrating to Office 365 and we use AD Manager to create all of our accounts. We have got it working with O365 and can create mailboxes in the cloud, BUT, since we are in mixed mode we are not getting "Remote User Mailbox" contacts created for the user. After License expiry Service Desk Plus is not starting
I have installed the SDP 7.0 trial version and license expired on 2nd October. I requested for extension of license to evaluate and present the SDP to our management.
