I have a bit of trouble creating a custom function, which should send a generic mail to either a requester or another mail. I've tried using zoho.sdp.replyRequest but it returns a error:

"status_code":4001,"field":"CC","type":"failed","message":"EXTRA_KEY_FOUND_IN_JSON"

Does anybody know a way to fix this, or another good way of sending a generic mail from a request in service desk plus (cloud)?
