Interpretation of an exchange error
Hello, With Opmanager and pack exchange I had see that our exchange server had an error. The error is : "Current Message From MSExchange MTA ... threshold : violated ... last polled value : 631 messages". But the problem is that I don't how significate this error and how resolve it. can't add the "Resolution" for defined request.
When opening the "Resolution tab", the text box for entering doesn't appear (see attachment). For only 1 request. To resresh or reopen doesn't help to resolve this.

Hello! We often receive excel-files which hold many lines of data which I need to transform into requests. Today I do this manually but I would like some way to automate this. I can think of some ways to do it: 1. Ability to import a csv-file (formatted exactly as needed). 2. A special webpage where I can post data to form a request (maybe already avaliable?). 3. Direct database modification. These are just the ways i figurered out, maybe there is a smarter way? Tips to solve this frustrating work
Configuring Thresholds
Im having some trouble understanding Thresholds. Say for example i want to set up a Threshold for used disk space on my exchange server if i go to the edit monitor page when i can configure Thresholds it say: 'Threshold allow you to set safe limit for the data collected for graphs. OpManager can be configured to send notifications if the limit is violated' and 'Threshold Limit (NUMBER) eg. 70 (or) 95 etc' i dont understand the eg. 70 (or) 95 etc section? is this a value in MB? or KB? or Kb or what?

We would love to see the ability to print a "Quick" Request containing nessisary details like: Request ID Account Name Contact Name Address Info Support Rep Name Date Title of Problem Description of Problem All Time entries associated. Hello, We have been running ManageEngine 6 on a Linux server (Fedora Core 5 with no X11 software) with Sun JDK5 installed, for ages now and suddenly ME wont start We can't seem to start the ManageEngine using the trusty startApplicationsManager.sh script. We get a java.awt.HeadlessException error in the startup logs. We're wondering if it is something to do with the fact that the ManageEngine can't start MySQL or summat and is trying to open a pop-up alerting us to the fact. Obviously its failing

Cannot verify login information
When I enter the correct login information and verify the login information, I get an access denied error. I checked the FAQ page and performed the wbemtest and got the following results Number: 0x80070057 Facility: Win32 Description: The parameter is incorrect. All the information I can find on this error is that the DN is incorrect. I checked on the server and it appears to me that it is correct. Does anyone have any other ideas?

"Add Protocol" does not function

Changing a device type yet same category
After discovering a network, I want to group them by changing their icon image to a different one. Instead of using "unknown" , I want to group them as e.g. Branch Machine. How do I do this? I was able to make one by adding images on the image folder and when i clicked the device type, it appeared. However, It is not working now. Thanks

License upgrade -not working
Hi, I had a permanet license for Exchange and Active Directory, and a temporal license for SQL. I have just received a permanent license for the three solutions: Exchange, Active Directory and SQL; howewer I have noticed that after I applied the new license in order to be able to see all the monitors, I have to rediscover and configurate all de servers again. Disk space monitoring and snmp issues
I'm currently trying to figure out now to get around two rather severe problems. 1. We currently have alarms set on our diskspace monitoring to alert us at 90%, this part is working fine so far. The problem we're experiencing is that we on occasion have disks that fill up and aren't out responsibility to clean out or we may need guidance on what needs to be compressed, etc... I our current setup the monitoring system shows a list of servers over the 90% threshold and updates the amount of free space
