Alarm is trigger but notifications aren't
Hi,
I'm testing OpManager MSP and I have a device with 2 notification profiles, one is Log a Ticket and other is Run a System Command.
It seams that, after a while, when an alarm is trigger (device is down) the notifications aren't trigger, i.e., no Ticket is created and no System Command runs. But, if I reboot the central machine, everything starts to work again properly. What could be happening?
