device availability error
opmanager seems to be displaying the availability of one of my switches wrongly. the switch is working fine but in the availability pie graph its recorded as downtime, and the pie graph is red. other switches are recorded correctly. only one is wrong. so how do i correct this? how to turn it back to uptime and green color. thanks.
