Monitoring JMX with Jconsole works fine, but how?

Monitoring JMX with Jconsole is no problem. But how can we monitor JMX with Applications Manager, everytime the JNDI NAME setting is changed to the default /jmxconnector

service:jmx:rmi:///jndi:rmi://servername:1099/product/monitor

Please help?
