Could you include an additional change in the next release to show assets assigned to a user on the Requester Details page. This is usefull for quick referencing what equipment is assigned to a user. Thanks Mike

No PMI data
I setup WebSphere monitor last night and verified that the stats & attribute inforamtion I wanted to see were appearing correctly: EJB Details, Current JDBC Connection Pool Details, etc. Today after looking at the monitor detail screen I see that the details are now Blank for all the statistics including the above. JBoss 4.2.2 error
I am trying to add a monitor for JBoss 4.2.2 I select 4.x as the version. When I click I see; The JBoss client jar (jbossall-client.jar) is not available. Copy jbossall-client.jar from <Jboss Home>/client/ to C:\Program Files\AdventNet\ME\AppManager8\working\classes\jboss\40. There is no 40 directory under jboss ??? So now what do I do ?

i'm trying to generate a few reports from sdp, but how can i convert these data types for createddate to read as date, month and year. i tried to_Date and some other functions for date function but nothing seem to work??? in all cases, how do we make out from the bigint data type what the date actually is????? thanks!

I tried to discover other device and change the IP of the device to the right one but all the discoveries and the allive polls are done to the Old name. I am evaluating the trial version of ADManager Plus and I cannot see all of the users in the domain. When searching for users, only 59455 users are listed. We have about 190,00 total users. Is this a hard limit or do I have something mis-configured? Thanks!

reports issue
We upgraded to 8.3 last week and have since had issues running summary reports from our management server. For servers on 3 of our 5 managed servers (at least those randomly tested), the summary reports only show up time. No other information is present. If I run reports from the managed servers themselves, all the information is there. While testing from the management server, other issues arose. I would select 1 server from each of the 5 managed servers and only 2 or 3 would show up in the report.

Within the request there is a 'Reply' drop down box that has the following actions: - Reply - Forward the Request - E-mail the Technician - SMS the Technician This is somewhat confusing... First, I think the button should read 'Notify' because the actions are basically just starting email/SMS threads. How can I build a report for all requesters on our base? Basically what I need to do is to build a report that will display selected data from the Requester section. it looks like the system is based around the Requests rather than the requesters, do I have to create a new query report?
Cannot clear default value in additional fields
We are running 7010. In Request-additional fields I have two fields each with 'Not applicable' set as the default values. The fields are mandatory. Try as I might I cannot clear out the default values so they are blank instead. I clear them, save and when I go back the text is back. Any help appreciated.

Managing old and discontinued Products
We need to be able to remove old and discontinued product associations with vendors or hide old and discontinued products without removing the history of the purchase. I'm using SD+ 7 with mySQL right now. For some reason, we have purchase the MSSQL and try to migrate the system to run under it. After that, I use "changedbserver.bat" to do the migration. We are using the Help Desk Delegation feature and would like to give our help desk users the ability to add a user into a group, using the "Member Of" option.
