service monitor alarms
since opmanager 7.1 there are no alarms generated when a service monitor is down. e.g.:
" Service Monitors
1/3 monitors down." (ftp down)
but on the same device (server)
"Currently there are no open Alarms."
and the same on alarm list and no notification via email profile.
