Incorrect reporting memory in Linux ES4
Hi there, I´ve noticed that memory usage values are wrong. I´ve searched on forums and found that you use a formula to calculate usage based on "free -b" command output. However, this calculation is showing my free memory percentage. I haven´t found any answer to apply and correct this problem. Please let me know how to solve this. Thank You. Iris Silva

The command below returns a value of anywhere between 50 - 80.. (its calculating reserved lunpool information. opt/Navisphere/bin/navicli -h 10.1.10.82 reserved -lunpool -list -freesize|grep Unallocated|cut -d ":" -f 2 What can I do to implement this custom script/command into appmanager?
Questions about SLA-settings
Hi We've couple of questions about the roadmap about the SLA-settings. 1. We have a need to able to set several different "Operational hours", this because we have different support agreements with different customers. We can for example have 24/7 support for one company, Mon-Fri 08-17 for another company and Mon-Fri 08-20 for yet another etc. We also can have different support hours for the same customer depending on which severity a errand has. Hello, I'm new to appman and I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to duplicate a host. For example, I have a host with all the checks and thresholds in place and have another host which is essentially the same expcept for the hostname. Problem Adding JBoss 3.2.x Monitor
When I add a Windows monitor, an Apache monitor is automatically created, but not the JBoss monitor. If I try to manually add a JBoss monitor, the Ping Test and Service Status pass, but Authentication fails with the following message: Unable to connect to Jboss server. Error Message: java.rmi.MarshalledObject java.rmi.MarshalledObject I've tried explictly setting the host name in invoker.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml but it made no difference. Our App Manager build is 8200. Help!!

AppManager 8.5
Hi We have recently installed 8.5 of Application Manager and have noticed that all tables in all custom monitors are not aligned with their headings. It would appear that the headings are centralised and the data is left justified, making output hard to read. Is this a feature or is there some setting where we can adjust this? Adding new devices/templates etc.
Hi, I am currently evaluating opmanager and Netflow analyzer to add to Service Desk plus we already have. Opmanager in particular doesn't have a fair few of the devices I need to monitor available to it. This are Ricoh printer/copiers, Riello UPS's, Elitecore Cyberoam CR1500i UTM devices and none of my switches which are all Extreme Networks Summit 200/250/350/450 series. Has anyone already set these up and could give me some pointers? Cheers

Backups failing after upgrade to 5.2.0
I upgraded my Deviceexpert server the other day to the new version and since I have done that I have three Cisco firewalls that backup fails on. I have tested tftp to the deviceexpert server from the devices and it succeeds but it seems to have a problem logging into the device as I cannot run show commands either. I have updated the login credentials which did not resolve the issue. Nothing has been changed on the firewall devices. Thanks, Joe

FireFox 3 issues
I'm having sporadic issues with SD+ in regards to entries saving. On various screens (e.g. New Request, Reply to a request, etc) when I select Save (or Apply or whichever "button" effectively submits the page results), I routinely get no response from the server. Been looking for a log management tool. My current set-up is a few LANs that are all physically and logically separate in "closed" rooms (no access to outside world). Is anyone here currently using this tool to help with audit collection and analysis in this same environment? How does it work with multiple platforms? Running Windows 2003 Server, XP, Linux and Solaris with BSM in some configurations. Have people had success with similar set-up?

Good afternoon. After updating from version 7.2 to version 7.21, technicians could not come into the program, using local accounting records. The program informed, what not a true name of the user or the password. Under domain accounting records, technicians came into the program. It was necessary it will be rolled away on version 7.20.
