Certain Reports Viewable
Hello,
Currently we list a bunch of projects in Helpdesk ME and we would like the company to be able to view them. How can I allow a certain category of requests to be viewable by anyone? I would really like that. If you could show me even how to allow a REPORT to be shown to everyone I would appreciate that. Thanks!
