Hi, I have been trying to find out how to initiate a wake on lan straight away instead of a scheduled Wake on LAN task. I can not seem to find this in the product. Maybe I am just not looking hard enough, as I thought that if there is a scheduled task you could do this right away. Anybody? Thanks, Billy.

AD-Import
Since using Version 7.508 we can't import requesters from the AD. Having a Windows 2003 Domaincontroller (it was working before the update). Now- if we start the import manually it looks like it is working but there's no end in sight (for hours - until you cancel that operations). If we try to fetch the OUs from Active Directoy again, we get the message "Exception occured while enumerating Oraganizational Units". It doesn't change anything with a different user or domaincontroller. Thx for your help,
Stations from failed configurations showing up is other configurations.
I have four configurations that I'm dealing with. One updates flash, one updates shockwave, one does a registry edit and the fourth one delpoys a Microsoft patch. The flash, shockwave and registry edit configuraions were to one station only and each had completed successfuly. The patch configuration was for around 400 stations and was scheduled to execute at midnight last night. This morning I noticed all 4 configurations had a status of failed where the first three were previously completed successfuly.

Requester submit purchase order.
We were interested in our requester being able to submit Purchase Orders so we can integrate AdventNet ServiceDesk Plus into our purchasing process. Right now we have a ticket for that users fill out, and our purchasing agent then enters the items into a purchase order. We feel it would be easier for the requester to submit the Purchase Order and the purchasing agent be able to then take it over and verify approvals and process the PO. Is this planned to be released? I saw an old post from '07 saying

Hi, I was checking the demo software of SD Plus on http://itildemo.servicedeskplus.com/AdminHome.do & tried adding some additional Fields for requests. After adding the fields, I logged in as requestor & could view the additional fileds in the request. But after I submitted the request, the values of additional fileds was shown as Unassigned. RADIUS Authentication has stopped working with version 7.5?
I have just installed version 7.5 to test and it appears radius authentication no longer works. I tested Radius sucessfully with version 7 and a Windows 2003 IAS server and it worked and the setup was pretty simple. I have replicated the same configuration and with 7.5 and it doesn't work - the NetFlow server doesn't even attempt to send any radius packets (I have been monitoring it with Wireshark). Is this a bug? Andy
Additional Device Categories
Current device categories (server, desktop, domain controller etc) dont cover all current device types out there. It would be nice be able to create either custom categories, or have a few others defined within opmanager e.g. Wireless Devices Storage Devices Backup Devices Misc/Other Devices This is perhaps more relevant as NAS and SAN products are now more prevalent in the marketplace.

It seems that since our upgrade to version 8 of OpManager (I am on version 8010), the interfaces on the snapshot page of our Cisco 7606 router are no longer sorted on the IFINT number. If I look at the Configure Interfaces utility under the Actions Menu, the interfaces are sorted as expected. They are not sorted by IFINT number under the interfaces tab on the snapshot page however. How can I accomplish this? Not having this feature makes locating interfaces quickly difficult. Am I missing something?
URL problems - Proxy configuration
Hi, I am trying to monitor external and internal URLs (URLs in the Internet and in the local hosts) with no sucess. When the proxy is enable receive "Host Unavailable" to internal and external URLs, then I disable the proxy and it's possible to monitor the internal URLs but not the external. Notification Profiles 2 missed Polls
Currently notification profiles only support 1, 3 or more missed polls. Whilst you can increse the polling interval to, it would be good to have 2 as an option for missed polls. For example, you might consider that a device on a 5 minute poll, if it misses 1 poll, it could be a network error or slow performance of the device responding. However if you wait for 3 missed polls, you will be waiting 15 minutes before being alerted. Whilst both are ok options, it would be nice to have 2 missed polls as
Custom Fields pulled from SNMP query & Warranty information
Its possible to create custom fields to assign to devices. It would be nice to have not only the option to make these standard text entry boxes (as they are now) but perhaps also link these to templates so that they could pull custom static SNMP information. As an example, with a HP Proliant server, the HP/Compaq mib, provides a location to query the serial number, product ID etc of the unit. It would be good to be able to add this information automatically, which I assume would be best performed
Auto Select Started Services when adding services
When adding Windows Services Monitors, if opmanager could auto check the boxes for services that are already started to speed up the process of selecting what you want to monitor. Alternatively, rather than a select all, perahps there could be a "select all started" option.
Downtime/Maintenance Scheduler
Currently the Downtime schedulers are only available to be managed from a probe, rather than central control. We would like to be able to manage these at the central. It would also be beneficial to have the ability to schedule downtime for a probe (if the probe server is rebooted). Finally, we patch Windows servers 2nd Tuesday of every month (which is when Microsoft release patches), as such it would be great to have the option to set downtime as being a repetitive “2nd Tuesday of every month” or
SMNP v2 Custom Monitor Creation
When creating a custom monitor, the ability to create it as a SNMP version 2 monitor, and also define if its a 32 bit or 64 bit monitor is needed. This will help with using 3rd party MIBS, generating custom monitors and not having to alter each SNMP v2 monitor that you create.
Integrating OpManager with ServiceDesk Plus Problem!!
Hi, I'm running Opmanager build 8010 and Servicedesk plus 7.5 (with AD SSO) on separate Servers. SD+ uses MSSQL & OpManager uses MySQL. I get the error: "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high." when i try to integrate both products from the Add-On/Products Integration screen. I've tried both domain & local authentication (DOMAIN\User), nothing works. I read an old post which stated that the issue got fixed in OpManager
Not seeing any utilization statistics from netflow data off of Cisco ASA
I am albe to get the netflow data into Netflow analyzer from a Cisco ASA 5520, but no information regarding bandwidth utilization is showing. Any Suggestions?

Server 2008 environment support
Can you tell me if a full Microsoft 2008 AD environment is supported on v7.0.0 build 7022? We are having trouble importing the requesters from AD since fully upgrading and shutting off all server 2003. Thanks.

Top URLS not showing all pages
If I setup a report profile using just one IP, then run the report and look under web useage, Top URLS, I see Showing: 1 to 20 of 20 Page: [1] View per page 200 I dont get a link to a second page and I dont see 200 urls on the page. I see the default 20. When I change it to 200 or in fact any other view 25,50 etc. I still see 20 views and only one page. Now this is weird. If I create another report profile for a IP range. I go to same page I am able to view pages 1 to 965 at 200 views per
