We're running OpManager 8021.  We are consistently seeing this alert which does not coincide with the threshold. The total amount does not add up to the threshold and usually svchost.exe is part of the mentioned services.

 Memory Utilization is 80%, threshold value for this monitor is 75%: Top 3 Processes:-dns.exe - 27%;lsass.exe - 6%;svchost.exe - 4%
